Description:

The Reefs Club brings fractional ownership to Bermuda.  Comprised of 19 exclusive two and three-bedroom residences, this Private residence club sits on limestone cliffs nestled next to The Reefs.  This preconstruction fractional ownership property is scheduled to open June 2009.  The Reefs Hotel has received the Worlds Best Winner and T+L 500 Winner awards from Travel and Leisure magazine.  

This Private Residence Club offers an infinity-edge pool, club room and lounge, private owner's fitness center, rooftop putting green, and don’t forget about the world renowned secluded pink sandy beach.  Services include pre-arranged airport transportation, onsite concierge, and pre-arrival grocery shopping.  Owners will also have access to the staff and amenities of the famed hotel.  This includes its world-class La Serena spa.

The homes at The Reefs Club combine modern luxury with classic Bermudian style.  Each elegant home offers unobstructed ocean views and include two master sweets.  Terraces are located off the great room and bedrooms.  Each fractional home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a whirlpool spa on the veranda.  

Fractional Ownership Details

Owners receive a 1/10 deeded interest in a fully furnished residence.  The Club will have a total of 190 owners when the property is sold out.    

Usage Plan

Owners are guaranteed 3 weeks per year.  These weeks can be taken separately, consecutively or as multiple residences for the same dates.  Additional access is available on a space available basis.  An external exchange is available through the Elite Alliance.
