This new Vail Private Residence Club is Ritz-Carlton’s is comprised a 121-room hotel, 19 fractional residences and 16 whole-ownership condominiums.  The site is located in Lionshead Village and will include a restaurant, spa services, private lounge, outdoor heated pool, and underground heated parking.
