WaterColor’s Private Residence Club is a four story condominiumcontaining eleven 2-bedroom/2-bath residences.  Featuringan open floor plan with private balconies,  the condominium sits on the south side of 30-A in the gulf front community of Santa Rosa Beach.  WaterColor’s Private Residence Club offers fully furnished two-bedroom condominiums with open floor plans, state-of-the-art kitchens, and up-to-date furnishings.

WaterColor is a St. Joe property providing amenities that are second to noneFractional Ownership at this Private Residence Club includes access to all services.  Tennis, biking, canoeing, and shopping are only a few of the available activities.   

Fractional Ownership Details

Ownership is limited to eight owners per residence thus providing 5 weeks of usage per year.  Four primary weeks are separated into the 4 seasons (spring, summer, fall, and winter).  An owner may book a primary week up to one year in advance of the season.  The fifth week is considered to be a secondary week and thus may be booked up to 6 months in advance of use.  Additional bonus weeks may be available and booked 30 days or less before use (other fees will apply).

Rental Policy

Watercolor's Private Residence Club is exclusive to its owners and thus does not rent to the general public.  This policy provides owners with full use of the property and thus the greatest possible flexibility in reserving  desired weeks.
