Fractional Ownership at this private residence club puts you in the heart of Harbor Walk and gives easy access to some of the best golfing, fishing, shopping, dining, and boating the coast has to offer.  Onsite amenities include, indoor heated pool, Beach-Edge pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, spa and fitness center, onsite dining, room service, and full-service concierge.  Onsite services include pre-arrival grocery shopping, full spa and health club services, and daily maid service.

This private residence club features 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom condominiums. Each residence is fully furnished, overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, features large windows, state-of-the-art kitchens, private balconies and terraces, and flat screen TVs. 

Fractional Ownership Details

Ownership is limited to eight owners per residence, guarantying six weeks per year.

Rental Policy

This Private Residence Club gives owners the option of renting there units.  

Usage Plan:

Each fractional real estate ownership interest entitles the owner to six weeks of exclusive use per year.  These “Use Weeks” are called “Annual Reserved Use Periods”.  The use periods consist of two rotating consecutive summer weeks, plus four additional rotating weeks of use.  By rotating the Use Weeks each year, all owners are given equal access to holiday periods.
