Fractional Ownership at this private residence club includes access to the award winning Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.   This 2,400 acre resort provides access to four championship golf courses, miles of pristine beach front, 15 tennis courts, a health club, spa, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and a 98 slip marina.  Onsite services include pre-arrival grocery shopping and housekeeping.  

This private residence club features 3-bedrooms, 3½-bathrooms homes. Each residence is fully furnished, features large windows, state-of-the-art kitchens, private porches, and plasma TVs..

Owners are given a 1/10th deeded interest in one the 20 homes.  This property has a total of 200 owners.
