The Private Residence Club at Rosemary Beach contains 16 2-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath condominiums.  Each residence features an open floor plan, private porches, and indoor fireplace.  This three story condominium sits on the north side of 30-A in the gulf front community of Rosemary Beach.  
 
Fractional Ownership at this private residence club includes access to all of the Rosemary Beach amenities.   This condominium offers a roof top pool area, club lounge, activities room, and media center.  Ownership provides access to the Rosemary Beach community.  The community fitness center, tennis center, and concierge-coordinated services are available on an a la carte basis.  Onsite services include pre-arrival grocery shopping, pre-arrival placement of personal items, spa services, and housekeeping.  Onsite staff also provides club beach chairs, umbrellas and cocktail table most of the year.

Ownership is limited to six owners per residence, guarantying seven weeks per year.  Bonus weeks are offered on a space-available basis.  This residence is exclusive to its owners, providing the greatest possible flexibility when reserving desired weeks.  benefit   offers fully furnished three-bedroom condominiums, state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Lifestyle equipment, rooftop pool deck with heated pool, and owners lounge.  Services include an onsite concierge, pre-arrival grocery shopping, pre-arrival placement of personal items, and daily housekeeping.  Onsite staff also provides club beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers delivered to and from the beach.

This private residence club features 2-bedrooms, 2½-bathrooms condominiums. Each residence is fully furnished, features large windows, state-of-the-art kitchens, private porches, plasma TVs. indoor/outdoor fireplace, and breezeway.  All units are connected by a shuttered zaguans from the courtyard entrance.  

Fractional Ownership Details

Owners are given a 1/6 deeded interest in one the 16 condominiums.  This property has a total of 96 owners. 

Rental Policy

This PRC does not rent to the general public.  It is exclusive to its owners, allowing them full use of the property and the greatest possible flexibility in reserving desired weeks.

Usage Plan

Owners are guaranteed 7 weeks per year.  These are broken up by season.  Two weeks in spring, summer and fall seasons, with one week in the winter.  Weekends or fractional weeks may also be reserved when available. Holidays may require special reservation procedures.  Subject to reservation procedures, bonus weeks may be available at no additional expense with the exception of housekeeping cost.
