Part of Magnolia’s appeal is the small section of road known as Scenic Route 30-A.  This 18-mile stretch hugs the coastline (Gulf of Mexico) in Northwest Florida and has managed to create its own little world and time.  Most of the coastline is made up of master-planned communities where time moves at a slower pace.  Here bicycles and pedestrian traffic rule the road—it’s truly a place to get away from it all.  In addition to the scenery, 30-A holds title to some of the finest cuisine and eateries in Florida’s panhandle.

Fractional Ownership Details

Owners receive a 1/8 deeded interest in a fully furnished residence.  The Club will have a total of 136 owners when the property is sold out.
