I am looking for anyone who has had experience with the fractional ownership locations Ritz Carlton has. I am looking into their property in Jupiter, Florida and the new project in Miami. There prices seem exceptionally high to me.
My second question is about exchanges. Does Ritz Carlton have an exchange program?

I have a 1/12 ownership in Ritz Carlton Club San Francisco. We have nothing but good things to say about it. The space available feature allows us to use significantly more than our twenty one guaranteed days. I believe we used it over forty days last year. We haven’t had a problem using other properties.
Everyone had different needs. For me, this was the perfect fit. The Ritz Carlton ownership program can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but it is very owner friendly once you start using it. The short notice and advanced booking really work well together. They also do a great job making ownership hassle free.
