Any gulf front fractional homes in Panama City Beach? 2 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 1  
I am looking for a winter home around the Panama City Beach area. I have many questions about fractional ownership. Does anyone know of any gulf front fractional houses? How do the owners divide up the time?

I am not aware of any gulf front fractional ownership properties in Panama City Beach or the surrounding area. I know of one gulf view property located in Blue Mountain that currently has fractional owners. There is also a property in a gulf front subdivision in Panama City Beach marketing itself as fractional. I am not sure of the story behind it.

Does the house in Panama City Beach currently have any fractional owners? Any details on the Blue Mountain house?
