Hi. I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Christopher Arnold. I am the founder of Fractional Ownership Group. My broad goal is to create one place on the internet for everyone to access Fractional Ownership related information. It should be interesting to see this site grow and evolve. I am open to suggestions that anyone may have.
My background is broad. I am a real estate agent in the Panhandle of Florida. I have specialized in the secondary home market of Panama City Beach, Florida. In a prior life I was a software engineer and project manager. I took these skills and applied them to real estate. My first website, www.panamabeachrealty.com, was launched in 2005. I have been pleased with its popularity and growth over the years. Fractional Ownership Group will be my first attempt at a website that will hopefully grow to serve an international market.
This new venture required some help. I would like to thank Paul Schuppener for helping me with the design and implementation of the site. We couldn’t have launched it without him. I look forward to a strong and prosperous partnership.
