I am President of BGI Group ( www.bgigroup.ca ), a Toronto based Developer.

We are looking for prime sites to develop fractional resorts in U.S., Panama, and Spain (Marbella).

Presently doing pre development work for a Resort in Gatlinburg which would be 1/8th.

Looking for equity investors for participation in very impressive returns.

Costs are low and opportunity time is ripe to position for the turnaround.
