The 13,000 square-foot Villa Las Palmas provides you and your guests comfortable sleeping for 16.  This fractional ownership home features four suites and two private casitas.  Residence features include a, wine cellar, fitness center, game room and movie room.  As we move outside you find the infinity edge pool with a swim up bar and raised spa.  A putting green provides some space to hone your short game.  Ample entertaining space is provided on the expansive Gazebo with bar.  All of this overlooks the city of Cabo, the marina and the Sea of Cortez.  

Spartacus at Sea, a ’60 Hatteras Luxury Yacht, is included in your ownership.  The experienced captain and crew have extensive knowledge of the local Pacific waters.  Cabo San local is known as the Marlin Capital of the World.  This award winning sport fishing yacht has a Cherry wood interior and Italian leather.  Scuba diving, whale watching, and dinner curses are the most popular excursions.

Service and management are key components in any type of Fractional Ownership.  The Villa Las Palmas staff provides services and benefits you would expect from a world-class hotel.  These services are lead by your Concierge Manager and Guest Experience Coordinator.  This individual oversees every aspect of your stay.  Services available include a massage on the balcony, a personal chef, and a personal driver.  For guests traveling in privately, a private hangar is available at the nearby airport.
