Fractional Ownership really hasn’t hit Panama City Beach yet. We defiantly don’t have any gulf front houses. There is a house in LA VALENCIA which is a gulf view development. The owner is looking for 4 owners to close at the same time. This is difficult to find.
There is a house in Blue Mountain along 30-A. It is a gulf view house. They already have fractional owners. I included information in the quote below.
